appointments & scheduling
We highly recommend booking reservations 48 hours in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, however, you will be charged for the full service. A credit card may be required to reserve two or more services. For parties of three or more, a 50% down payment is required at time of booking.
cancellation & no show policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. clients not honoring this policy will be charged a service fee. A 72-hour notice is required to cancel large party appointments to qualify for deposit refund.
payments
We are pleased to honor Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Personal checks are accepted and subject to a $25 returned check fee.
gift cards
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase, with no exceptions. Gift Card balances cannot be used as gratuity, but may be used toward other services and products.
